– Sold online as a DIY parts pedal, the Deluxe Sonomatic V1 features:
– A multitap ‘tape-style’ delay making use of four PT2399 IC’s in series.
– 4 separate controllable taps (or heads), making it possible to create patterns in the repeats.
– Each tap has a maximum delay time of approximately 200 ms, resulting in a total maximum delay time of 800 ms.
– The Degrade filter mimics the tape age/quality, and the Flutter function simulates slight mechanical friction.
