– For your consideration is this 1997 Aramat Effects Green Machine Overdrive effects pedal.
– This very early example, serial number 0058, was handmade and signed by Keith VanDerSchaegen, and features an enclosure exclusive to the first batch.
– In an article with Gearwire, VanDerSchaegen explains “I’m proud of all of my pedals because of the overwhelming positive response. To answer your question I would have to say the Green Machine Overdrive is my favorite. The Green Machine OD is definitely my most popular effect. I am very grateful to consider how many people it has made happy. My personal pedal board would be naked without it.”
– Effectively a Tube Screamer style effect, it’s a very wonderful sounding overdrive unit.
