– For your consideration is this vintage 1980s Gibson Les Paul hard plastic case.
– Known as the ‘chainsaw’ case, this molded plastic case is the 3rd generation version, which was made between 1985-1989.
– This case will nicely complement any ’85-’89 Gibson Les Paul Standard, Custom, or Studio model.
– The 3rd latch at the bottom of the case is missing, otherwise all clasps and latches are present and in perfect working order. It is missing the hard plastic Gibson logo which was originally glued to the top of the case.
– The blue interior does not smell and does not exude an odor.
