– There may not be another Fender neck like this in existence: procured from a long time Fender Fullerton factory employee, this ’82 Strat neck sports all the classic features of an AVRI ’57 Strat, however, this neck remains unfinished from the factory.
– Compared to others obtained in the same collection, this Strat neck is mostly finished. It is fully carved, shaped, and fretted. It is pre-drilled for vintage style Kluson tuning machines. The blank nut has not been cut and it has not been finished or sprayed in a lacquer clear coat.
– It is missing the truss rod nut, though the truss rod is present.
