– For your consideration is this vintage 1980 Rickenbacker 4001 electric bass guitar.
– This very nice all original example, serial number TI3769, includes the original hard case. The black tolex case has a replacement handle.
– An excellent no-issues example, this bass includes both the plastic bridge pickup cover, as well as the adjustable mute. The mute was removed, and does not include the adjustment thumb screws.
– It’s a great playing and sounding instrument. The neck profile is on the larger side, with a very comfortable shape. Both pickups sound balanced and present with classic 4001 punch.
– Neck measurements: 1.616″ nut width, .938″ depth at 1st fret, .919″ depth at 12th fret
– Pickup measurements: 6.12 kOhm (neck pickup), 19.62 kOhm (bridge pickup).
