- For your consideration is this vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom electric guitar.
- This incredible player’s grade example, serial number 00115540, includes the original formfit hard case with red interior.
- A wonderful hot rod of an instrument, this is a great vintage Norlin-era Les Paul Custom ready for a real player that rather not be precious with their guitar. It’s a great candidate for more mods, or you can just plug in and play.
- It remains crack free and completely intact, though the modifications include; professional refret, (2) coil tap switches, original black plastic pickup rings and pickup selector toggle switch chip being swapped for the non-original vintage white surrounds/ring, missing pickguard, and slightly later black barrel knobs.
- The original tuners and pickups were removed at some point, but have subsequently been restored and reinstalled into the guitar.
- Neck measurements: 1.680″ nut width, .874″ neck depth at 1st fret, 1.010″ neck depth at 12th fret.
- Weight: 10.3 lbs.
