– For your consideration is this vintage 1972 Fender Musicmaster Bass electric bass guitar neck.
– This all original example was completely shellacked in an unbelievably amateur attempt.
– This is the earlier Musicmaster Bass variant, pre serial on the peghead, and with the earlier style tuning machines.
– It’s possible that this clear coat can be easily removed. The finish on the fretboard will most certainly come off without issue, but we have left it as-is for the next owner to decide.
– Neck measurements: .865″ depth at 1st fret, .956″ depth at 12th fret, 1.597″ nut width
– Weight: 1.2 lbs.
