– For your consideration is this vintage 1966 Fane 122/14 Heavy Duty Loudspeaker.
– This incredibly rare 12″ 22w 15ohm speaker is the exact same version found in Jimi Hendrix’s Sound City amp cabinets.
– One of four removed from a very early ’66 Hiwatt “split-script” cabinet, this early version never had neither a label nor sticker.
– While this speaker still retains the original coveted Pulsonic 102 006 cone, it does display a professional repair and a small tear on the ridge of the cone.
– It measures 9.4Ω.
