1964 Fender Malibu Acoustic Guitar – Vintage Original ’64 Pre-CBS X-Braced Flat Top Grand Auditorium Pre-Logo Decal, Clean w/ Original Victoria Hard Case (01007)

– For your consideration is this vintage 1964 Fender Malibu acoustic guitar.
– This very nice 100% all original example, serial number 01007, includes the original Victoria formfit hardshell case.
– An early example, this acoustic does not sport a model designation on the peghead. The simple “Fender” waterslide decal was never conjoined with such a distinction, which is very simple and interesting.
– It’s a very clean uncirculated example. It displays very light playing wear, completely void of cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. It is in perfect structural condition. It does exhibit notorious deep weather-checking, though all of which is superficial and only finish deep.
– It was recently set up, which included; truss rod adjustment, neck shim, and fresh Pyramid Light .011 strings. It plays like an electric guitar and feels incredible.
– Neck measurements: 1.600″ nut width, .903″ neck depth at 1st fret, .885″ depth at 12th fret.
