– For your consideration is this vintage 1960 Fender Musicmaster electric guitar neck.
– This ’60 slab board example, pencil dated “11-60”, is in fair all original condition. Never modified, it is completely original.
– The Brazilian rosewood fingerboard is incredibly attractive with a dark vein of grain splitting the entirety of the fretboard’s length.
– The spaghetti logo decal is quite worn, and the overall cosmetic condition is a 7/10 displaying decades of authentic playing wear which has worn through the original nitrocellulose lacquer along the back of the maple neck.
– All frets are original, as well as the nylon nut. It does not come with tuners or a string tree. There is evidence of 2 different non-original finishes which were applied to the body that barely made their way onto the part of the neck just above the neck heel.
– Neck measurements: .767″ depth at 1st fret, .985″ depth at 12th fret, 1.535″ nut width
