– For your consideration is this vintage 1955 Fender T-8 Stringmaster triple 8-string neck vintage console electric lap steel guitar.
– This very nice all original example, serial number 00725, includes all (4) original chrome legs and the original Tweed case.
– Preserved in very nice condition, it remains completely original aside from shielding tape applied to the original pickup cavities. A singular red plastic wire was added as well. All of these uninvasive non-original mods are reversible and easily restorable.
– All (6) 8-string black bobbin pickups are original and working great. The original butterscotch blonde nitrocellulose finish over Ash closely resembles that which is on a black guard Telecaster.
– All Stackpole pot codes indicate a late-’55 production.
– Original Telecaster jack cup and knobs are present.
– 22.5″ scale length.
