– For your consideration is this vintage 1928 Roy Smeck Vita-Guitar H1550 acoustic tenor guitar by Harmony.
– This incredibly crisp 100% all original example features the “Patent Pending” stamp on the airplane-shaped Lindbergh-inspired rosewood bridge. All bridge pins, tuners, hardware, strap pin are original and in excellent condition.
– The incredibly high-grade thin spruce top is perfectly complemented by the stunning flamed Cuban mahogany. The bound and dyed “Ebonized” fretboard is in very excellent condition with no considerable wear to the factory original frets. The original Grover banjo style tuning machines are in excellent functional condition.
– It includes the original formfit pear-shaped chipboard case which is in correspondingly excellent condition.
– An absolutely wonderful specimen, this is perhaps the cleanest example to be offered doe sale in many years. This is one for the collectors.
