– For your consideration is this vintage 1972 Kent Model 6406 “The Angry Fuzz” fuzz wah effects pedal.
– This very clean example is preserved in 100% all original condition.
– A powerful and dynamic fuzz wah powered by 4 BC109B NPN silicon transistors, it’s effectively an aggressive fuzz with a radical foot-controlled EQ.
– While Ai claims the contrary, the Kent Model 6406 “The Angry Fuzz” was quite clearly made in West Germany by Schaller. A quick Google search reveals the Schaller Wha-Wha-Fuzz shares the very same; grey hammerite enclosure, “fuzz” switch and “intensity” control, circuit board schematic, and components: though other documented units sport later BC239 NPN silicon transistors.
– It works perfectly and sounds fantastic.
