– For your consideration is this vintage 1966 Fane 122/14 Heavy Duty Loudspeaker.
– This incredibly rare 12″ 22w 15ohm speaker is the exact same version found in Jimi Hendrix’s Sound City amp cabinets.
– One of four removed from a very early ’66 Hiwatt “split-script” cabinet, this early version never had neither a label nor sticker.
– Unfortunately, this speaker has been reconditioned with a more recent 104 40237 paper cone.
– It measures 13.3Ω.
