– For your consideration is this 1999 White Sands Orange Sunshine fuzz pedal.
– This very rare pre-production example is the first to be produced by founder Tracy Sands, and reads “ORANGE SUNSHINE #001” on the inside of the enclosure, and absolutely nothing on the exterior of its signature orange box.
– Sands dabbled with calling his pedals “White Sands” with the motto “The Atomic Sound” prior to landing on Vintage Technology for his brand name.
– This pre-production unit sounds absolutely incredible and is the only one of its kind.
– Tracy Sands is perhaps better known for his involvement at Bad Cat Amps.
– This particular prototype example is in very good all original condition.
